Hi everybody and welcome to the lazy surf days of Summer. A whole
lot of changes going on here, I am now renting my house out in Granada
Hills, I am a landlord, and renting a townhouse with my girlfriend Lisa,
near the ocean in "The Palisades." That is near Santa Monica
for those who don't know. I am very much looking forward to the move
and I hope you all can come and visit but only on weekends between the
hours of 12noon and 3:30pm. (ha,ha). On a serious note, I hope everyone
is doing well and staying safe. Keep an eye out for those "terrorist
bastards", and spread a little LOVE around for your families, friends, neighbors, and
pets. See you next time and "peace out". Chris

Tenant Update
The young couple burglarized in my parents rental have decided
to stay on. My parents added window bars (created by Orion Ornamental)
and made some security modifications. I think the couple realized that
things like this are inevitable and just need to be remembered. Hopefully
nothing else will happen.

Hello Everyone,
My parents came up to my house to visit this past weekend. On Saturday
I took my dad out sailing with my team. He participated in three races
in 20+ knot winds and managed not to get sick. Congratulations!
While we were sailing Teri and Mom went to a 500 house garage sale event
in Los Gatos (Los Gatos is the Beverly Hills of N. California) so
you can imagine they had a great time. Teri Bought a couch from the year
1825.
On Sunday we all participated in the annual foot race in San Francisco
called the "Bay to Breakers". It is a 7+ mile spectacle, if
nothing else, of queers and runners wearing the most outrageous costumes.
The goal for 50% of the 100,000 participants is to cross the finish line
standing after drinking as much beer as possible. Its like no other race!
Nevertheless my parents had a great time and were troupers despite the
fact it rained the whole time and the temperature dropped into the 50's.
In other news Teri and I have a new house together in Del Mar. Del Mar
is in San Diego just north of La Jolla and Just south of Encinitas. Its
minutes away form the Del Mar Horse race track and from Del Mars white
sand Beaches.
We are thrilled and I can't wait to move in next month. Since my work
and my business is in Santa Cruz and Sili Valley I I will be renting out
a room in Santa Cruz to work Monday -Friday then commute back when possible.
Hopefully well be able to buy again soon up here if I continue to work
at this crazy pace.
