I can't do shit with this computer, when I really need to do something
like simply printing a dam picture - it fails - I have no control over
printing pictures - that is my main function....
I can't install my old stuff - I can't download pictures from my camera
- I cant even print unless its a document or I scan it in.
O.K. I have now learned to download from the camera but what is the
use! nothing works. There is no designing of pictures - I am about ready
to use my old computer.

We are very happy because Juan Luis is on his way home to the U.S. He
has been shipped out already (don't know name of the ship) and it will
take 30 days, he will arrived in San Diego.

Here's my two cents:
We've got the purchasing bug in us. I forgot how much fun it is to say
"We'll take it!" I finally now have a comfortable ride that
will make the drive to L.A. and Mammoth more pleasant. The Jeep is for
sale, if any of you are interested!! Chris is having a hard time parting
with it but he'll get over it.. We are throwing our first party this
weekend for Chris' B-Day, let's see how it goes. Chris was kind enough
to get us a new dishwasher in time for the party!! Ladies, you all know
how helpful that is for parties!!! Hope everyone is doing great and
if ever in the San Diego area "mi casa es tu casa!!!" Now
that I have the space...

It's me Carol Smailes "Uribe". How are you? Well, I have to
tell you what an incredible job you have done with your family web-site.
I visit it quite often. I
love to hear about how everyone is doing and how much everyone has grown.
It breaks my heart to see how much my family and yours have grown apart
over the
years. All of you are such a big part of my life and I hold such a special
place in my heart for ALL of you (you were the cousins I didn't have).
I miss you guys
so much and I'm looking forward to Paola's wedding to see all of you.
If only we could afford to go to Hawaii right now for Chris's wedding
because we would
be there for sure. Well keep up the good work, it's an amazing thing that
you're doing!!

of this Westin Maui Hotel. That is him on the beach with his camera. Click

I spoke with Tom & Rita Melson May 1st. called to wish Rita a happy
birthday. They have decided to take a quik holiday to Spain leaving Saturday
3rd May. One to have a short rest and also to look at property. I also
called to let them know that Bridgett & Eric will be in London 5-10-03
so they have made plans to get together. Bridgette & Eric will stay
with them for a couple of days, Tom will then get them to Stanstead airport
for there trip to Germany.Looking forward to hearing how things went.
